Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By accessing okgo's website or mobile platform, or by using any of our services, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and apply equally to all users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Okgo reserves the right to update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be announced on the platform, and your continued use of our services following such changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to use such services under Bangladeshi law.
Account Creation & Security Policy
To create an account with okgo, you must provide accurate and complete information. Only one account is permitted per mobile number; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided at registration.
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, and notify our support team immediately if you notice any suspicious activity. okgo will never ask for your password via email or phone. okgo will not be liable for unauthorized access to your account by a third party if the security breach was caused by the user themselves.
- You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth when creating an account.
- Only one account is permitted per mobile number.
- Keep your password strong and change it regularly.
- Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
While using the okgo platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and social norms in Bangladesh. Fraudulent activity, the use of bots, harassment of other users, and exploiting system vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited. okgo reserves the right to immediately close any account found to be engaged in such activity.
Before participating in any gaming or betting activity on the platform, make sure you fully understand the rules of each game. Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
All transactions on okgo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). We support Bangladesh's major mobile banking services, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests are processed within the designated timeframe after submission.
If you encounter any issue with a transaction, please retain proof of the transaction and contact our support team. If fraudulent or unauthorized activity is suspected, okgo may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. In the event of account closure, any valid remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with our stated policy.
